Our Promise
We want you to love your DRPSTREET gear. If something's not right, we'll make it right. Since every tee is printed on-demand, we handle returns and exchanges a bit differently than traditional retailers.
What We Cover
Defective or damaged items
Misprints, wrong colors, torn fabric, stains — we replace or refund at no cost.
Wrong item received
Got the wrong size or design? We'll send the right one ASAP.
Size exchanges
Wrong fit? We'll exchange for a different size within 30 days of delivery.
What's Not Covered
Since each item is custom-printed on demand, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse (changed your mind, don't like the design, ordered the wrong thing). We put a lot of effort into accurate product previews so you know exactly what you're getting.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- 1.Email us at support@drpstreet.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- 2.Include your order number and a photo of the issue (for defects/damage).
- 3.We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps — usually a replacement ships immediately.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Replacement orders are printed and shipped using the same timeline as new orders (5–10 business days total).
