Returns & Exchanges
DRPSTREET follows Printful's print-on-demand return process. Every drop is made after checkout, so returns and exchanges are limited to verified fulfillment problems.
Eligible Claims
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or materially different from your order confirmation. For packages marked lost in transit, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Not Eligible
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selected, wrong color selected, wrong product selected, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, unclaimed or refused packages, normal wear, wash damage, unauthorized returns, or claims submitted outside the claim window.
Size Responsibility
Check the size guide before checkout. Print-on-demand products are manufactured specifically for each order, so we cannot exchange an item because the selected size does not fit. Limited drops may sell out before a replacement is possible.
How To File A Claim
Email support@drpstreet.com with your order number, checkout email, clear photos of the full item, close-up photos of the issue, and packaging or shipping-label photos when relevant. Do not send any item back to DRPSTREET or Printful unless we authorize the return path in writing.
Resolution
After review, eligible claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at DRPSTREET's discretion, subject to Printful's verification and applicable law. Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned at the customer's expense.
Abuse Prevention
We may deny claims involving altered evidence, inconsistent order information, repeated policy abuse, chargeback misuse, or attempts to exploit limited-edition inventory. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
